New header and cripple studs installed. The 'header' is 3 2x6s sandwiched with 2 pieces of 3/8" OSB to get the thickness correct. *I* don't do headers like that, but being new to AZ, I assumed this was ok per AZ code and didn't say anything. This will bite me in the ass in a couple weeks.
