I had to tweak the gamma to get anything to show as my flash didn't go off when I took the picture, but all the dark stuff on the framing is either mold, termite poop, or dry rot. I'm surprised this didn't collapse as the drywall was being removed. This will actually turn out to be a pretty cool outdoor space.
