1 of two bathrooms in this place. The sewer plumbing was all cast iron and was leaking underground. The slab had to be opened up in several places to determine what was going on. In some places, the pipe was paper thin and falling apart, likely due to years of drain cleaner being used to clear clogs. Most of the cast iron pipe will be replaced with ABS.
