I couldn't get my drill in from the bottom, so I attacked it from the top. I was able to get a transfer punch in the hole and get the screw punched. I had to cobble up an 'extension' for my drill to get the drill bit in straight, but just a few seconds after I started drilling, the bit caught the screw and spun it right out the back. Phew!
