I didn't get a pic of this before it was cleaned, but it was REALLY gunked up and I couldn't move the latch, even after releasing the lock above. Once I scrubbed the hell out of it and soaked it with PB Blaster for a couple days, I got it to budge, but the latch broke off. Thankfully, the door opened and I can drill a new hole and plug weld this back on.
