Time to address the idler motor. This spins on 220V single phase (which energizes 2 of the windings) and the third winding in the motor creates the 3rd phase for the mill's motor. There's no load on this motor; it just spins. (Hence the 'idler' designation.) It's not too bad, just some oily dirt on it.
